Our work and our mission are the development, manufacture and supply of injected parts in plastics from the beginning to the end, from the machining of metal molds to the production and assembly of the parts.

Our main clients include companies from the automobile industry and manufacturers of technical parts, electronic components, from health and hospital sector, white goods and civil construction.

OUR HISTORY

Quantumplas was founded in 1990 with the corporate name of Darruiz Mendes Plásticos Ltda., with a strong position in the plastic components manufacturing segment.

In the first ten years, the company specialized itself in the manufacture of technical injected parts in plastic.

In the year 2000, the company underwent a total restructuring and had its corporate name changed to Quantumplas Indústria e Comércio de Plásticos Ltda.

Between the years of 2000 and 2010, Quantumplas invested heavily in its technical operational structure, in the construction of a new site in São Paulo, besides obtaining certification of the quality system according to ISO 9001.

In 2010, Quantumplas outlined a robust plan for the growth and professionalization of management, which, among other important aspects, includes building a modern website, acquisition of large injection machines which helps us to significantly increase the production capacity and strength the positioning in the market as a reference company in the manufacture of injected parts.

In 2017, Quantumplas inaugurates and starts operations on a new site, with an area of 12 thousand square meters, equipped with the most modern machinery park and located in a strategic point in the interior of São Paulo state.

In these almost three decades of existence, our goal has always been the continuous development, the use of the best technologies, the production of quality parts and, above all, the satisfaction of our customers.
